A form submission, email, phone call, Messenger message, or other contact is an inquiry only and is not a reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only when BetheWind expressly confirms it through an agreed communication channel. Any required payment, deposit, identification, or additional conditions will be communicated separately.
5. Rates and Availability
Displayed rates may be indicative or starting rates. The final price may depend on dates, guest count, length of stay, selected accommodation, promotions, and availability. A quoted price is valid only under the conditions communicated with it. BetheWind may correct website errors or update information when needed.
6. Payments
This website does not process payments. If payment is required for a confirmed booking, instructions will be provided separately after the inquiry has been reviewed. Guests should verify payment instructions through an official BetheWind contact channel. BetheWind is not responsible for payments sent to unauthorized recipients.
7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
The cancellation, modification, no-show, deposit, and refund conditions that apply to a stay will be communicated before booking confirmation. The terms accepted for the specific booking will govern. Guests should review those conditions before making payment or confirming a stay.
8. Guest Information and Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and guest information, informing BetheWind of relevant changes, complying with occupancy limits and property instructions, respecting staff, neighbors, other guests, and local laws, supervising children, and using the property responsibly.
9. Check-In, Check-Out, and Property Rules
Exact check-in and check-out arrangements and house rules will be provided with booking details. Guests must comply with reasonable safety, access, noise, smoking, pet, visitor, and property-use rules communicated for their stay.
10. Damage and Additional Costs
Guests may be responsible, subject to applicable law and the booking terms, for damage caused deliberately or through negligence, missing property, extraordinary cleaning, unauthorized guests, or prohibited activities. BetheWind will address such matters reasonably and in line with the booking arrangements.
11. Property Images and Descriptions
Images and descriptions show the general character of the property. Natural light, seasonal vegetation, furnishings, maintenance, and minor details may change over time. Reasonable differences do not necessarily constitute a misrepresentation of the stay.
